  • Weekly Nutrition & Training Oversight

    Your nutrition is reviewed and adjusted weekly to reflect progress, feedback, and stage timelines.

    Training programs are structured and updated monthly to ensure continued development and alignment with prep phases.

    Check-in submissions are due weekly by 9:00pm Sunday, allowing the week ahead to be planned with clarity and precision.

  • Peak Week & Stage Day Handouts

    A newly introduced, comprehensive system covering both peak week and stage day execution. Each handout includes an integrated diary for note-keeping, ensuring all instructions, adjustments, and observations are kept in one clear, organised place.

  • Federation-Specific Posing Guidance

    Depending on the federation chosen, athletes will receive a tailored posing guide sheet outlining expectations, criteria, and presentation standards.


    Gro Nutrition competitors also receive access to exclusive services, discounts, and posing classes led by Gro Nutrition Posing Coach and Award-Winning Natural Bikini Pro Andy Brewer.

    Communication is streamlined and intentional.

    Two personalised video responses following each training and diet check-in submission

    Unlimited text messages and voice notes, with replies provided Monday–Friday during business hours

    No email communication — all support is delivered through direct messaging for efficiency and clarity

  • Wayne Marino is a highly regarded Bikini Bodybuilding Specialist. In the year 2023, Wayne was honoured with the prestigious title of NABBA Australia’s Coach of the Year. In 2025, he also received a Coach’s Award from NBA.

    Wayne has consistently proven himself to be an expert in working with True Novice Competitors, thoughtfully supporting women as they prepare to get stage ready for the very first time, all while helping them achieve a look that rivals that of a Seasoned Pro. Wayne possesses a unique ability to connect deeply with his Clients, allowing him to create customisable Programs tailored to meet their individual needs and ensure the best possible results. This is true even when considering a Client’s budget, dietary requirements, work commitments, and overall lifestyle.

    Over the years, Wayne has also built a successful and welcoming Gro Community, which provides a valuable platform for Bikini Bodybuilding Competitors to connect, share experiences, and support one another throughout their journeys as Gro Competitors.

  • In 2025, Wayne has made the thoughtful decision to concentrate primarily on his Female Bodybuilding Clients.

    This intentional shift means that he will be limiting the number of Male Competitors with whom he chooses to work. Consequently, any Male Competitors who are interested in working with Wayne will need to email Wayne direct - info@gronutrition.au.

  • Bikini contest preparation is a structured, high-level coaching service that requires both time and commitment.

    Investment reflects the level of support, communication, and execution provided throughout the preparation period.

    • Standard Prep: $550 per month

    • Time-Sensitive Prep: $750 per month (by approval)

    • Minimum commitment for standard prep: 16 weeks

    All pricing is reviewed during the initial consultation to ensure the service aligns with individual goals and timelines.

    Additional Services

    Additional services are not included in the standard prep investment and may be requested separately.
    Availability and pricing vary depending on service type and scheduling.

  • Wayne’s Gro Ground proudly serves as the home to Andy Brewer Posing.

    Andy Brewer is not just any posing coach; she is a recognised PNBA Bikini Pro, a dedicated Gro Athlete, and an APS Accredited Posing Coach with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

    Clients of Wayne’s receive priority access to Andy's expert coaching, allowing them to benefit from her insights and techniques tailored to their individual needs.

    Additionally, many clients enjoy special discounts that enhance their experience. Andy is committed to supporting clients across the spectrum of experience levels, including those who are participating for the very first time.

  • During a Contest Prep, it is highly recommended to have a General Practitioner (GP) on board to effectively ensure the overall wellbeing and health of the client throughout the process. Wayne Marino works closely with, and frequently refers Contest Clients to a knowledgeable GP located in Sydney, who assists in monitoring their progress and health.

    Wayne and Gro Nutrition’s Preferred GP work closely together to ensure the safety and overall preparation success of all health-related endeavors.
