Over the years, Wayne has also built a successful and welcoming Gro Community, which provides a valuable platform for Bikini Bodybuilding Competitors to connect, share experiences, and support one another throughout their journeys as Gro Competitors.

Unlike many other Contest Prep Coaches in the industry, Wayne not only coaches but also owns his own gym, which allows him to create a specialised space dedicated to the unique needs of bodybuilders.

This gym is thoughtfully equipped with a variety of machines specifically designed to support muscle development in accordance with established judging criteria.

The Gro Ground is currently not available for general public access, as it is exclusively reserved for Contest Prep Clients and Personal Training Clients. These clients benefit from access to the facility at any time, with 24/7 availability to meet their training needs.
