The Foundation Phase is a pre-prep coaching program designed for future bikini competitors who aren't quite ready for a full 12–16 week contest prep. Whether you're new to lifting, returning from a break, or need more time to build muscle and routine, this package lays the groundwork for a strong and successful comp season.

This is your chance to get prep-ready without pressure, burnout, or rushing the process. We focus on building your physical base, nutrition habits, mindset, and confidence so that when the time comes to commit, you're truly ready.
